Junior Traditional Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee out-of-home (OOH) media purchases, which includes coordinating placements, communicating with vendors, and managing creative trafficking.

• Assist in reconciling TV and radio post logs and identify any discrepancies.

• Organize and monitor creative assets across various traditional media channels.

• Contribute to campaign reporting, provide updates on pacing, and track performance metrics.

• Keep accurate records of media buys, placements, invoices, and makegoods.

• Collaborate with internal account strategists on comprehensive client marketing strategies.

• Aid in enhancing workflows and processes within the traditional media department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in traditional media buying, planning, or coordination, preferably with agency exposure.

• Basic understanding of OOH, TV, and radio as advertising mediums and their planning and execution methods.

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable engaging with vendor partners, managing timelines, and proactively following up.

• Strong written communication skills for effective internal coordination and documentation.

• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision once tasks are assigned.

• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Sheets and Docs for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Familiarity with media buying platforms or traffic management tools is a plus.

• Experience with post log analysis or broadcast reconciliation processes is advantageous.

• Background in collaborating with creative teams on asset delivery and compliance with specifications is beneficial.

• Any experience in the legal industry or professional services is a plus.

• Comfort with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Notion is desirable.
