Junior Territory Executive – West Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Meet and surpass annual sales targets for the designated territory.

• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager team.

• Work collaboratively with all McKesson departments to optimize customer satisfaction.

• Take charge of trade show participation at various events and conferences each year within the territory, which may occasionally require weekend attendance.

• Oversee the sales funnel and process outputs, while accurately forecasting sales within the assigned territory.

• Schedule appointments and nurture lead opportunities utilizing multi-sourced data in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager team.

• Execute additional sales and company-related tasks as directed.

• Travel frequently to support industry events and engage with internal and external customers.

• Expect approximately 75% travel within the designated territory.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the healthcare sector.

• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset when collaborating with colleagues.

• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in multitasking with strong problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.

• Valid driver's license is mandatory.

• Outstanding presentation skills.

• Familiarity with the US healthcare landscape, particularly in retail pharmacy.

• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.

• A valid passport is required.
