Junior Talent Sourcer, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on talent markets and identify suitable candidates.

• Develop candidate pipelines for various positions.

• Engage with potential candidates via professional networks.

• Assist candidates during the initial phases of the hiring process.

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to gain a clear understanding of role requirements.

• Fine-tune candidate profiles and modify searches based on feedback received.

• Acquire knowledge about new markets, roles, tools, and sourcing techniques.

• Tackle search challenges with creative solutions.

• Maintain organized and current candidate information and activities within recruitment systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English, with a minimum level of C1.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• A strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn.

• Resourcefulness and capability to explore unfamiliar topics, experiment with various approaches, and pose targeted questions.

• Openness to feedback and adaptability in approach.

• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and collaborate with diverse individuals.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, priorities, and tasks in a dynamic remote setting.

• Residing in the CEE or Balkans region.

• Availability to work within CET/EET hours.

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, HR, research, or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Readiness to start as soon as possible, ideally within 1–2 weeks.

• Willingness to engage in an indefinite B2B contract.
