Junior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance, validation, testing, and process simulations within the SAP S/4HANA framework, ensuring that functionalities align with business needs prior to go-live.

• Conduct functional and integrated testing support, evaluate system performance, and pinpoint potential inconsistencies or areas for enhancement.

• Confirm business rules associated with the Billing module, including calculations, invoice generation, and invoice validation.

• Work in conjunction with business units and technical teams to clarify requirements, verify scenarios, and endorse solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with creating and monitoring schedules; knowledge of Microsoft Project is advantageous.

• Experience in supporting projects to manage impacts and track tasks effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable facilitating meetings.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
