Junior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage, support, and enhance the observability environment.

• Oversee the monitoring of infrastructure, systems, and applications.

• Investigate incidents, metrics, events, availability, and performance.

• Administer and utilize monitoring tools effectively.

• Manage and support Zabbix.

• Develop and maintain templates, items, triggers, discovery rules, actions, and dashboards.

• Create customized monitoring solutions.

• Gather metrics utilizing agents, SNMP, IPMI, scripts, and various other methods.

• Administer and utilize SolarWinds/Orion.

• Employ Dynatrace for analyzing and monitoring the environment.

• Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards.

• Integrate various data sources and utilize APIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, administering, and supporting Zabbix.

• Familiarity with Zabbix architecture and components.

• Experience with SolarWinds/Orion.

• Proficient in Dynatrace, especially in analyzing metrics, events, availability, and performance.

• Understanding of networking concepts.

• Knowledge of server management.

• Expertise in API-based integration.

• Experience with various metric collection methods.

• Familiarity with Grafana, including dashboards, queries, variables, filters, and data-source integration.

• Ability to leverage different monitoring tools in a complementary fashion.

• Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
