Junior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the gathering and documentation of fundamental requirements for the execution of new projects and ongoing maintenance efforts by engaging in discussions with requesters and relevant stakeholders.

• Contribute to the data modeling initiative by collecting essential information and defining data storage solutions.

• Aid in establishing the architecture and solution strategies for projects of low to medium complexity.

• Examine, elaborate on, and specify software programs and solution components.

• Engage in testing and user acceptance procedures, facilitating unit, load, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Participate in deployment activities, which include risk assessment, contingency plans, rollback strategies, responsibilities, and timelines.

• Assist in identifying and resolving temporary workarounds and permanent solutions for issues, incidents, and occurrences.

• Recommend enhancements and fixes to maintain system availability, performance, and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with systems analysis.

• Understanding of data modeling concepts.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Prior experience in developing IT solutions and managing projects.

• Proficiency in C# and/or COBOL is advantageous.

• Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
