Junior Sourcer – International Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee candidate lists and implement automated outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.

• Activate various sourcing channels, such as job boards, groups, universities, and training programs.

• Organize and manage the candidate pipeline effectively.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the technical assessment process.

• Assist in the recruitment of a team of 80 designers across Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, and India.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in English (Spanish is an advantage).

• Experience in recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must be available for fully remote work and able to start immediately.
