Junior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze reports, metrics, and source data to investigate and resolve discrepancies reported by customers.

• Utilize Excel extensively to validate data and pinpoint variances.

• Address customer inquiries through ticketing systems, email, or phone calls.

• Offer Tier 1 technical support for questions regarding reporting, integrations, and data.

• Document findings, resolutions, and recurring issues to enhance internal knowledge bases.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2/Engineering, providing clear reproduction steps and analysis.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success Management teams to ensure accurate and consistent data delivery.

• Assist customers in understanding metrics, definitions, and reporting logic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficient in Excel, including skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data filtering.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies.

• Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Practical knowledge of SQL or reporting tools.

• Preferred: experience with ad tech concepts like impressions, clicks, revenue, viewability, or attribution.

• Preferred: familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, or ad servers.

• Preferred: background in support workflows or ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk.
