📋 Description

• Develop dependable and scalable systems that have a meaningful impact on patients, healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems.

• Engage in marketplace and search functionalities, practice management systems, AI-enhanced clinical tools, or patient and data integrations.

• Take ownership of product surfaces from start to finish within small, autonomous teams.

• Design, execute, and launch features that address genuine user challenges.

• Achieve production impact early in your career, even as a junior engineer.

• Strong foundation in computer science principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of data structures, algorithms, complexity, and fundamental software engineering concepts.

• A builder mindset with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes.

• Genuine curiosity about users and their needs.

• AI-first engineering mindset; familiarity with AI coding tools, agents, and innovative workflows.

• Preferred: academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another demanding technical field.

• Preferred: experience in competitive programming.

• Preferred: involvement in side projects, startups, open-source contributions, hackathons, or developed products.

• Preferred: experience in collaborative development, continuous delivery, observability, and AI-assisted development methodologies.

• Candidates must reside in Spain or Poland with work authorization or require visa sponsorship.
