Junior Software Engineer, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain tailored applications, workflows, catalog items, and system features utilizing JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.

• Innovate and enhance Now Assist AI capabilities, agents, and agentic workflows to minimize manual workload and optimize operational procedures.

• Establish and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using integration spokes or custom APIs.

• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to construct, test, and deploy solutions.

• Perform regular platform upgrades to maintain system performance and security.

• Convert daily business requirements into scalable digital solutions while partnering with the Solutions Architect.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

• Expertise in JavaScript.

• Proficient in ServiceNow API web services.

• Experience with integrating third-party systems.

• Strong grasp of ITIL principles.

• Demonstrated analytical abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
