Junior Setup Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Establish connections for clients to the aggregator platform and facilitate integrations with game providers.

• Deliver comprehensive support for client setup inquiries and technical onboarding processes.

• Utilize technical and operational documentation to maintain precise project records.

• Oversee tasks, updates, and communications utilizing Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.

• Collaborate with both technical and business teams to address client issues and requests related to setup.

• Track the progress of setups and ensure the timely execution of integration tasks.

• Assist with client integrations with game providers, manage setup requests, and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.

• Aid in facilitating smooth onboarding and ensuring operational stability.

• Contribute to effective onboarding and seamless connectivity with game providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or above.

• Russian language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

• Background in iGaming, technical support, or a comparable operational role.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
