Junior Scientific Relations Specialist – Gynecology MSL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Uphold a comprehensive understanding of medical and scientific principles in Gynecology while fostering ethical relationships with researchers, healthcare professionals, physicians, and KOLs.

• Collect strategic insights from the field and scientific events to enhance internal team strategies.

• Design and conduct training sessions, lectures, and scientific presentations for commercial, medical, or multidisciplinary teams.

• Identify, organize, and implement scientific events and continuing medical education initiatives.

• Collaborate on the company’s clinical research endeavors, including investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and sponsor-initiated projects.

• Create, review, and compile scientific materials, such as abstracts from congress results.

• Represent the Medical and Scientific Affairs function at national and international congresses, including participation at exhibition booths.

• Address scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, incorporating scientific data into clinical practice.

• Develop, lead, and oversee medical and strategic projects associated with product pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with Marketing, New Products, Commercial, Market Access, Clinical Research, and related departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline.

• Advanced academic qualification, specifically a Master’s degree in Gynecology or Women’s Health.

• Experience in academic research or clinical practice within the healthcare sector.

• Capability to critically analyze scientific literature.

• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and evidence-based medicine.

• Proven experience in delivering lectures and scientific presentations to varied audiences.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the country, approximately 70% of the time.

• Advanced proficiency in English, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking.

• Valid driver’s license (Category B).

• Doctorate and/or postdoctoral experience is a plus.

• Experience in Gynecology or Women’s Health is advantageous.

• Participation in collaborative research groups is a plus.

• Understanding of scientific data analysis and the generation of medical insights is beneficial.

• Previous experience in medical education or teaching is a plus.
