Junior SAP Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation, rollout, and enhancement of projects.

• Manage AMS contracts, ensuring continuous support and improvement.

• Integrate conventional project management methodologies with agile Scrum/Kanban approaches.

• Plan and direct SAP implementation, enhancement, and rollout initiatives.

• Oversee scope, scheduling, budget, risks, and quality management.

• Coordinate between functional and technical teams, including consultants, ABAP, BASIS, and integration specialists.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT strategies.

• Lead executive status meetings with stakeholders from the client side.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Assist the client in prioritizing the backlog.

• Ensure incremental deliveries that emphasize value.

• Manage AMS contracts, monthly baselines, backlog, and prioritization efforts.

• Control SLAs, service volumes, capacity (FTEs), and overall profitability.

• Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels.

• Handle critical incidents and escalations effectively.

• Support strategies for continuous improvement and enhancement of service maturity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in SAP projects or AMS management support.

• Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, or equivalent modules.

• Understanding of financial controls related to project management.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or comparable platforms.

• Hands-on experience in managing AMS contracts.

• Proven track record in managing monthly baselines and margin controls.

• Capability to lead executive steering committees.

• Experience in navigating complex, multi-module environments.
