Junior Risk Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage casino and payment risk alerts in accordance with company guidelines.

• Detect suspicious players and potential fraudulent activities during your shift.

• Resolve casino and payment issues following established protocols.

• Assist in enhancing operational processes.

• Promptly report any casino and payment irregularities to management.

• Work on a rotating 5/2 schedule, which includes morning, evening, and night shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or related areas.

• Proficient numerical and Excel skills.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets and reporting tools is an advantage.

• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Adaptable analytical thinking.

• Diligent, responsible, and dependable.

• Strong time management skills.
