Junior Relationship Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver digital and telephone assistance to Unicred members, accurately assessing their needs and addressing them promptly and effectively.

• Adhere to the security standards, policies, and procedures established by the Unicred System.

• Provide technical support to members, addressing inquiries and offering suitable solutions.

• Guide members through the features and functionalities of applications.

• Address complaints with empathy, aiming to foster member retention and loyalty.

• Convey the Cooperative’s values while highlighting the benefits and features of its products and services.

• Identify and report opportunities for improvement, documenting operational issues, bugs, comments, and suggestions.

• Inform the Relationship Managers of affiliated cooperatives about new business opportunities.

• Assist team leaders with administrative tasks within the department.
