HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and reporting on HR data utilizing Workday

• Independently resolve intricate Workday reporting challenges

• Ensure data accuracy and pinpoint discrepancies

• Propose scalable technical solutions

• Derive actionable insights from complex datasets

• Collaborate with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance

• Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree, or over 3 years with a master’s degree

• Preferably possess experience within an HR function

• Proficient in Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports; Advanced Calculated Fields; Discovery Boards; Storyboards; Worksheets; and Workday Prism Analytics

• Capable of independently troubleshooting complex Workday reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy, and recommending scalable technical solutions

• Strong grasp of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices

• Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance

• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting) is advantageous

• Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and produce actionable insights

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Proficient in advanced English
