HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assess and provide insights on HR data through Workday reporting and analytics.

• Design and oversee Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports in Workday.

• Create and sustain Advanced Calculated Fields, Discovery Boards, Storyboards, Worksheets, and solutions using Workday Prism Analytics.

• Independently resolve intricate Workday reporting challenges.

• Ensure data precision and pinpoint data discrepancies.

• Propose scalable technical solutions.

• Implement HR data frameworks, business processes, reporting best practices, as well as security and data governance measures.

• Examine complex datasets and produce actionable insights.

• Articulate technical concepts to stakeholders without a technical background.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree, or 3 years of experience with a master’s degree.

• Experience in an HR-related role is preferred.

• Proficient in Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.

• Skilled in Advanced Calculated Fields, Discovery Boards, Storyboards, Worksheets, and Workday Prism Analytics.

• Capable of independently troubleshooting complex Workday reporting issues.

• Skilled in validating data accuracy and suggesting scalable technical solutions.

• Strong grasp of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices.

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance.

• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting is advantageous.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to identify gaps and generate actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in both conversational English and Spanish; language skills will be assessed.

• Candidates living in Mexico must possess valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC; foreign nationals must provide these documents.
