Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Source candidates using various recruitment platforms and channels.

• Optimize the effective use of recruitment tools provided by the company.

• Identify, source, and thoroughly evaluate qualified candidates.

• Evaluate applicants based on position requirements and cultural compatibility.

• Oversee and implement the entire onboarding process for selected candidates.

• Facilitate a seamless and welcoming integration into the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience or a strong interest in HR, recruitment, or onboarding processes.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Experience with professional sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Capability to work independently while adhering to strict core working hours.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 5 days a week.

• Commitment to a seven-hour workday, from 4 PM to 1 AM Egypt time, inclusive of a 1-hour break.
