📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge, develop, sustain, and improve automated test scripts with the support of more experienced members of the automation team.

• Engage in the formulation and execution of test cases, test plans, and test scenarios derived from business requirements.

• Alternate between manual validation and automation tasks based on delivery schedules, feature intricacy, and team requirements.

• Enhance technical testing expertise, gaining exposure to automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices.

• Communicate effectively in a remote setting, including maintaining an active on-camera presence during meetings when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous technical experience in software testing, automation, scripting, development, or a related technical field OR a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or another programming/technology-related discipline from an accredited higher education institution.

• Basic comprehension of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Agile delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with test automation principles and a desire to develop skills in automation tools and frameworks.

• Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Capability to communicate with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity in arms, hands, and fingers, including the ability to grasp.

• Visual acuity necessary for keyboard use, equipment operation, and reading technical documentation.
