Junior QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and execution of automated tests to guarantee software quality.

• Help develop functional test plans and test cases.

• Run automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms, encompassing functional, integration, and acceptance testing.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to comprehend requirements and test scenarios, aiding in the creation of tests.

• Organize and prioritize tasks under team guidance while following up with stakeholders.

• Aid in analyzing failures in automated tests, facilitating root-cause identification and the ongoing enhancement of quality processes.

• Participate in agile development environments with support from more seasoned team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in software testing or test automation.

• Fundamental understanding of user story analysis and requirements comprehension.

• Basic understanding of test automation.

• Knowledge of programming, ideally in Python.

• Basic or academic familiarity with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework.

• Basic knowledge of or interest in Adobe Magento.

• Awareness of BDD and the Gherkin language, as well as tools like Cucumber.

• Understanding of DevOps practices, including tools like Azure DevOps and Docker.
