This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the management of project and service contracts, progressively taking charge of specific workstreams.
• Collaborate on business-related topics such as efforts, budgets, and invoicing.
• Facilitate the delivery of services in compliance with contracts alongside IT specialists.
• Undergo structured onboarding to familiarize with the respective customer environments.
• Aid in quality assurance and the continuous development of services based on SLA and KPI expectations.
• Play a role in coordination and communication during escalation scenarios.
• Recognize and implement opportunities for enhancement as part of Continual Service Improvement.
• Assist in the transition of new or modified services—from the planning stage to the handover to operations.
• Support modifications to customer requests, such as service scope, timelines, and documentation, in line with established standards.
• Act as the liaison between customers and the Project & Service team.
• Organize tasks and gradually take on coordination and alignment responsibilities.
• Preferably, some initial experience in a project or service environment, such as IT services, operations, PMO, service desk, or customer success.
• Career changers possessing relevant skills and a desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes is desirable.
• Initial familiarity with IT operations, ticketing, and workflow processes (Incident, Problem, and Change).
• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence is beneficial.
• Some prior experience with project work is preferred.
• Ideally, knowledge of either traditional or agile methodologies.
• An interest in emerging technologies, digital products, and current IT trends.
• Capability to gather and analyze requirements systematically and convert them into appropriate solutions.
• A calm, solution-focused, and service-oriented mindset in complex situations.
• Friendly and confident demeanor with clear, structured communication skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in German.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• A strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and active engagement.
