This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist Project Managers in the planning and implementation of cross-functional API research, development, and manufacturing initiatives.
• Keep project plans, schedules, timelines, action-item logs, and project management tools updated.
• Organize project meetings, including agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical activities.
• Collect updates from various cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, quality, regulatory, and others.
• Aid in defining project scopes, work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support U.S. Government contract activities while tracking contractual milestones, deliverables, reporting requirements, and commitments.
• Generate status reports, dashboards, presentations, and project communications.
• Ensure project documentation and records are organized and accurate.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as necessary.
• Monitor project resources, expenditures, and financial information closely.
• Assist in change management by documenting changes in scope, schedule, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish project activities and deliverables.
• Help uphold standardized project management processes, templates, and tools.
• Keep track of follow-up items and commitments.
• Promote continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Enhance knowledge of Phlow's technical, manufacturing, contractual, and operational activities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Science, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, manufacturing, R&D, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and following up on action items and commitments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to identify and escalate project risks, issues, and delays effectively.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical manufacturing, or a technical environment is preferred.
