Junior Project Manager – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects

• Facilitate coordination of activities among various departments

• Generate project documentation, reports, and notes from meetings

• Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and overall project status

• Aid in budget monitoring and the identification of potential risks

• Collaborate with stakeholders in healthcare, maritime, logistics, and technical fields

• Contribute to training, quality control, and initiatives for process enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress is preferred

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities

• Enthusiasm for project management, healthcare, maritime operations, or logistics

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management software is advantageous

• Experience in healthcare or maritime fields is a plus but not mandatory

• Recent graduates, students nearing degree completion, entry-level project coordinators, or individuals transitioning careers are encouraged to apply
