Junior Project Manager – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to the Project Management Department in managing budgets, planning, and technical elements of construction projects.

• Help maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Collaborate with the process, packing, and utilities disciplines.

• Track construction progress and update the client on the status of work.

• Communicate with investors, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Evaluate plans and specifications to ensure adherence to established plans, specifications, timeline, and cash flow.

• Supervise tender specifications and work in conjunction with the administrative and legal departments of the Company and Client.

• Ensure that planning and compliance with contractual provisions are observed within the deadlines specified by the contract and design.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and report any concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in construction or site management, ideally in industrial projects.

• Strong proficiency in English and Polish.

• Familiarity with MS Project software.

• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

• Willingness to travel or relocate within Poland based on business requirements.
