Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project activities for implementing product and service solutions from the point of sale to customer support transition.

• Spearhead comprehensive service delivery for intricate, high-profile projects, including ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations.

• Facilitate the rollout of supply chain solutions across the customer network.

• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.

• Monitor customer requirements and convert requests into essential deliverables.

• Manage several simultaneous projects while overseeing workflow demands.

• Ensure that project timelines and quality standards are consistently achieved.

• Foster clear communication between internal teams and external clients.

• Assess project priorities and allocate available resources effectively.

• Recognize and communicate opportunities for ongoing improvement and positive organizational transformation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing position.

• Full professional fluency in both German and English.

• Experience in Project Management within an ERP environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Capability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, demanding setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and focused on quality.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Preferred: Experience in Project Management within the retail supply chain domain.

• Preferred: Knowledge of processes and/or services related to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation.

• Preferred: Background in developing processes and managing projects within a technology-driven service organization.

• Preferred: Ability to lead teams and achieve objectives without having direct authority over personnel.

• Preferred: Proven record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects in the retail supply chain sector.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
