Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Organize project activities, including estimates, milestones, and dependencies

• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and progress of delivery

• Define and document both business and technical requirements

• Facilitate the development process and eliminate delivery obstacles

• Keep stakeholders updated and manage their expectations

• Provide support to the team while fostering a productive, human-centered work atmosphere

• Ensure project documentation and reporting are up-to-date

• Aid in resource planning, task assignments, and team growth

• Utilize contemporary development and AI methodologies to enhance project delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Project Management experience in software development

• Practical experience in delivering projects within a complex technical landscape

• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and AI practices

• Comprehensive knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery oversight

• Capability to comprehend and discuss technical requirements with engineers and clients

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities

• People-oriented approach to team and personnel management

• Customer-focused mindset that prioritizes business objectives and delivery results

• Effective and confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in a multinational work environment

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Familiarity with Java or cloud-based projects is advantageous
