Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Organize project activities, including estimates, milestones, and dependencies.

• Monitor scope, timelines, budget, risks, and progress on delivery.

• Define and document both business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate the development process and eliminate delivery obstacles.

• Keep stakeholders updated and manage their expectations.

• Assist the team and foster a productive, people-centric work environment.

• Preserve project documentation and reporting.

• Aid in resource planning, task assignments, and team growth.

• Implement contemporary development and AI methodologies to enhance project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Project Management experience in software development.

• Practical experience in delivering projects within a complex technical landscape.

• Knowledge of modern software development and AI methodologies.

• Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery oversight.

• Capability to comprehend and articulate technical requirements with engineers and clients.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

• People-oriented approach to team and personnel management.

• Customer-focused mindset aligned with business objectives and delivery results.

• Effective and confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in a multinational working environment.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Familiarity with Java or cloud-based projects is an advantage.
