This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee international market research initiatives from inception to completion.
• Analyze project requirements, establish project frameworks, allocate resources, and set timelines for fieldwork.
• Organize project kickoff meetings to clarify requirements, client expectations, timelines, and roles.
• Supervise programming, translations, overlays, and testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedules.
• Implement project launches and analyses, delivering comprehensive feedback and solution-focused strategies to clients.
• Handle fieldwork, participant recruitment, project budgets, client communications, and financial objectives.
• Ensure that market research participants have a rewarding experience, managing incentive approvals and project inquiries.
• Fulfill client deliverables within the agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Comply with billing schedules and objectives while following internal procedures.
• Assist Senior Project Managers and Project Directors with complex or large-scale projects.
• Provide project support in the absence of a collaborating project manager.
• Adhere to M3 operational protocols, ISO accreditation standards, and M3 policies.
• Cultivate vendor relationships to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, effective communication, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Service teams to address challenges and enhance market research study outcomes.
• Contribute to client service enhancement initiatives for assigned accounts.
• Design and request multichannel recruitment strategies, including email campaigns, phone outreach, desk research, text messaging, online advertising, referral programs, forums, blogs, patient groups, associations, and social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in market research project management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Self-driven with outstanding time management, organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Well-rounded analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Skilled in managing multiple online research projects accurately and on schedule in a dynamic environment with shifting deadlines.
• Availability to work GMT/BST hours from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
