Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Ensure the precision and relevance of data regarding the status and progress of development teams' projects.

• Supervise the accurate logging of completed tasks to ensure historical data accurately reflects timelines and scope.

• Create and maintain current short-term (2-week) and mid-term (2-month) plans for teams.

• Align the daily operations of teams with the long-term goals and commitments of the company.

• Identify and proactively address discrepancies between the actual work status and the data in the planning system.

• Contribute to prioritization decisions over time.

• Assist teams in concentrating on tasks that have the most significant business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience as a Project Manager.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of diverse data.

• Capability to transform unstructured information into clear plans and timelines.

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools, or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

• Eagerness to learn technical processes and development terminology.

• Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency in English.

• Relevant coursework or education in analytics, project management, or IT is a plus.

• Experience in QA, development, or related technical roles is an advantage.

• Familiarity with long-term planning tools, roadmap tools, or Jira Product Discovery is beneficial.
