Junior Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of robotic process automation (RPA) bots for both operational and administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with business teams to map workflows and pinpoint opportunities for automation.

• Develop and enhance Python scripts under the supervision of the team.

• Utilize RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar technologies.

• Aid in the deployment of API-based integrations between internal and external systems.

• Contribute to projects leveraging Artificial Intelligence in automation, including automated document reading, data classification, and data extraction.

• Monitor the performance of bots, detect failures, and assist in incident analysis and resolution.

• Create and keep up-to-date technical documentation for automated processes.

• Engage in continuous improvement, standardization, and automation governance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Python in relation to automation, script development, or integrations (through academic experience, internships, or personal projects).

• Hands-on or academic experience with at least one RPA tool, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, IBM Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.

• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to aid in problem identification and resolution.

• Genuine interest in process automation, technology, and continuous improvement.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and enhance technical abilities.

• Capability to adhere to the team's standards, best practices, and technical instructions.
