Junior Product Owner, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify, comprehend, and document the business requirements for a core banking initiative that affects various banking sectors.

• Facilitate and mediate discussions between business and IT stakeholders within a diverse team of Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Customer Support, and a Squad Owner.

• Document both functional and non-functional specifications.

• Define context, activity, and entity-relationship diagrams while managing dependencies.

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Collaborate with the development team to write and estimate user stories.

• Contribute to project milestones and ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly defined.

• Manage the product roadmap strategically.

• Propose implementation roadmaps to clients.

• Grasp business objectives, guide stakeholders, and challenge priorities as necessary.

• Conduct functional testing.

• Train, mentor, and provide coaching to other Product Owners.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

• Strong ability to understand the business context.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, along with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management, emphasizing customer needs and business value.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
