Junior Product Manager, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the instructor to oversee the “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV” module.

• Co-create course materials, exercises, and assessments alongside the instructor.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions to address specific subject-matter inquiries.

• Conduct skills tutoring sessions to enhance participant understanding.

• Administer and evaluate final examinations.

• Review and provide feedback on assignments.

• Revise course materials and enhance the course experience.

• Design new exercises to support learning objectives.

• Organize sessions and appointments efficiently.

• Assist platform product managers with course updates on the learning platform.

• Offer professional support to participants to guarantee an optimal learning experience and successful completion of the training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in payroll accounting.

• A strong digital affinity and a passion for continuously adopting new technologies and AI tools.

• Proficient to very good knowledge of DATEV software.

• Initial experience in knowledge transfer or teaching is preferred, such as in roles like tutor, teacher, adjunct instructor, or research assistant.

• A completed university degree or an equivalent educational qualification.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal.

• Basic to good English skills, especially for comprehending digital tools, technical terminology, and documentation.

• Strong and organized communication skills.

• A confident, empathetic, and respectful approach when interacting with participants.

• A genuine enjoyment of working in adult education.

• An interest in innovative knowledge transfer and modern learning formats.

• A collaborative team player eager to work closely with the course team.

• A desire to further develop both subject-matter expertise and teaching competencies.
