Junior Product Manager, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Shared responsibility with the instructor for the “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV” module.

• Developing course content, exercises, and assessments.

• Facilitating one-on-one sessions to clarify subject-related queries.

• Conducting skill enhancement tutoring sessions.

• Overseeing and grading final examinations.

• Reviewing and evaluating assignments.

• Updating course materials and enhancing the course structure.

• Designing new exercises.

• Coordinating sessions and appointments.

• Assisting platform product managers with course updates on the learning platform.

• Supporting participants to ensure an optimal learning experience and successful completion of the training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in payroll accounting.

• Proficient to very proficient knowledge of DATEV.

• A completed university degree or an equivalent educational qualification.

• Exceptional written and spoken German skills.

• Basic to good English proficiency, particularly for understanding digital tools, technical terms, and documentation.

• Openness to continually integrate new technologies and AI tools into everyday work.

• Initial experience in knowledge sharing or teaching is preferred, such as a tutor, teacher, adjunct lecturer, or research associate.

• Clear and organized communication skills.

• A confident, empathetic, and appreciative demeanor when engaging with participants.

• A passion for working in adult education.

• Interest in modern, digital knowledge transfer and innovative learning formats.

• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaborating closely with the course team.
