Junior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop artwork for casino games, including promotional visuals, static images, animations, and video assets.

• Design engaging casino experiences for players, covering areas such as discovery, game pages, promotions, user journeys, and new product features.

• Convert product opportunities, user requirements, and business objectives into refined design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the discovery and delivery phases.

• Contribute to the advancement of Midnite’s Casino visual identity.

• Prototype and convey design concepts through visuals, motion, interaction flows, and written explanations.

• Utilize feedback, data, and experimentation to enhance casino experiences.

• Work across various in-product journeys, campaign creatives, and promotional materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product design, visual design, motion design, game art, or a related field.

• A robust portfolio showcasing visual craftsmanship, innovative thinking, and high-quality work.

• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color, layout, and brand representation.

• Experience in creating static imagery, animations, or video assets for digital products, marketing campaigns, games, or entertainment brands.

• Proficient in contemporary design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools, After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar technologies is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of product design principles, including user journeys, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.

• Strong ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and fellow designers, articulating decisions and rationale effectively.

• A keen interest in casino, gaming, entertainment, sports betting, or consumer products.

• Must possess full right to work in the UK.
