Junior Patient Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Reaching out to potential patients via phone to inform them about opportunities to engage in online therapy programs.

• Offering comprehensive explanations regarding the operation of the therapy programs and the requirements for participation.

• Performing needs assessments to evaluate whether the programs align with the individual needs of patients.

• Responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from potential patients.

• Clarifying the prescription process and providing assistance with registration.

• Assisting registered patients with organizational or technical inquiries during their program involvement.

• Overseeing the support chat for prospective patients, current program participants, and users of the Ello AI application.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Psychology (B.Sc. or higher).

• A patient and empathetic approach to addressing patients’ concerns.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear manner.

• An independent and proactive work style accompanied by strong organizational abilities.

• High technical proficiency.

• A willingness to learn support and CRM tools like Zendesk and Jira.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Fluent in English.

• Familiarity with the German healthcare system (considered a plus).

• Interest in the digitalization of healthcare and digital therapeutic applications (DiGAs) (considered a plus).

• Experience in digital healthcare services or within a clinical or psychological environment (considered a plus).
