This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the daily operations of campaigns within the US/CAN markets.
• Collaborate closely with local teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns as planned.
• Track campaign timelines, operational needs, and essential deliverables.
• Ensure that operational activities are completed on schedule and within the specified budget.
• Manage logistics across cities, ensuring teams have the necessary resources for effective operations.
• Supervise inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
• Identify operational challenges and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them swiftly.
• Assist in launching new markets and campaigns.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and ensure timely and accurate data collection.
• Maintain and refresh operational dashboards and trackers utilizing Google Sheets.
• Evaluate campaign performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing productivity and minimizing costs.
• Facilitate campaign optimization by recognizing trends, challenges, and areas for advancement.
• Prepare regular updates on performance and campaign summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Leverage data to aid operational decision-making and improvements in processes.
• Coordinate and assist field teams across various US/CAN markets.
• Provide continuous guidance and operational support to team members and new hires.
• Foster strong working relationships with Operations, Customer Success, HR, and other internal departments.
• Regularly communicate with clients, offering clear updates on campaign performance and operational status.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer-related operational needs.
• Work closely with Legal and other internal teams to ensure compliance in operational activities.
• Seek opportunities to enhance operational processes, communication, and workflows.
• Take ownership of operational projects from the planning phase through to execution.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational planning and enhancements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new tools and processes.
• Work alongside the Technology team to communicate operational needs and facilitate the deployment of new solutions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for operational team members when necessary.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong expertise in Google Sheets/Google Spreadsheets; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and capability to work with data and operational metrics.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
