Junior Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.

• Guarantee a smooth and positive onboarding experience for clients.

• Oversee all onboarding activities for designated projects from assignment through to go-live.

• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Manager to submit development requests.

• Manage prospective feature concepts in the Ideas Bank.

• Facilitate new connection requests.

• Take responsibility for projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Provide precise and timely progress updates.

• Work alongside team members to achieve company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong emphasis on identifying client solutions, streamlining processes, and proactively resolving issues.

• Capability to handle multiple projects at once and effectively multitask.

• Comprehensive understanding of the hotel and hospitality sector, including hotel operations.

• Experience in a hotel environment or with a software company serving the hotel industry.

• Knowledge of SaaS onboarding procedures and the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with connectivity and integration within hotel technology.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English is required.

• Global perspective with experience working directly with clients.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
