Junior Officer Leadership Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete three eight-month rotations across various divisions of the GE HealthCare business.

• Engage in leadership, skill, and competency enhancement throughout the duration of the two-year program.

• Attend up to two seminars for the GEHC JOLP.

• Fulfill required training in finance and other functional skills.

• Satisfy all administrative prerequisites for JOLP program graduation.

• Establish rotation-specific duties through the goal-setting and objectives-setting process.

• Adhere to the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and all relevant laws and regulations.

• Complete necessary Quality and Compliance training within specified timelines.

• Identify and report any quality or compliance issues, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.

• Execute associated quality compliance guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Commissioned Military Officer with a minimum of four years of service as a commissioned officer in the military.

• Honorable Discharge upon fulfilling military obligations.

• Enlisted members from certain Special Warfare groups may be considered due to their unique experience in small group leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• No more than 1.5 years of separation from active duty; this can be waived if due to pursuing higher education.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with any necessary local language.

• Proven ability to build effective interpersonal relationships, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

• Engineering degree preferred; degrees in Finance, Business, HR, etc., are also acceptable.

• Documented record of success during military service.

• Technical and advanced academic degrees are not mandatory.

• Demonstrated capability to solve problems, delegate responsibilities, and reach challenging goals.
