Junior .NET Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop product features based on specifications and user stories.

• Engage in backend and API development activities.

• Collaborate with database models and apply business logic.

• Troubleshoot issues and enhance existing functionalities.

• Work closely with analysts, architects, and QA teams.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Contribute to a Treasury Management System for managing corporate cash, forecasting, reconciliation, and processing financial data.

• Handle integrations with external systems and banking providers.

• Assist in automation, analytics, and intelligent assistant capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial software development.

• Proficient in C#/.NET, particularly ASP.NET Core and Web API.

• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, and NHibernate.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Understanding of OData read scenarios.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.

• Proficient with Git version control.

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and implement features autonomously.

• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML and JavaScript is advantageous.

• Successful completion of a background check is required for final candidates.
