Junior .Net Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, test, and sustain web applications utilizing C# and .NET 8.0

• Create and maintain user interfaces with Blazor, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js

• Implement and uphold both frontend and backend functionality while ensuring integration with databases

• Integrate and manage REST APIs along with other application interfaces

• Connect front-end applications to AWS services

• Guarantee application performance, accessibility, usability, and compatibility across various browsers

• Develop and oversee application queries and database interactions with Oracle

• Work alongside database administrators on intricate queries and database-related challenges

• Investigate, identify, and rectify application defects and issues in production

• Create and execute unit and integration tests, engage in code reviews, and adhere to coding standards and version control practices

• Identify and address application performance challenges while ensuring production stability and reliability

• Adhere to secure coding protocols and relevant program security requirements that support U.S. Navy missions

• Document changes to applications and technical solutions

• Collaborate with developers, system engineers, database administrators, and other technical team members

• Partner with site reliability engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues in Kubernetes-based environments

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience, including practical development with C# and .NET

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• An active Secret security clearance

• U.S. Citizenship is required to meet eligibility criteria for obtaining this type of security clearance

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining applications using C# and .NET 8.0

• Proficient in developing and maintaining web applications with Blazor and JavaScript

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Bootstrap and React.js

• Experience in integrating and troubleshooting REST APIs and application interfaces

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving

• Capability to work collaboratively with developers, database administrators, system engineers, and other technical stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical changes and effectively communicate issues and solutions
