Junior / Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer – TypeScript, React Native, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with Personal.manager, a solution focused on workforce scheduling and personnel deployment.

• Play a crucial role in defining the architecture and feature set of the product prior to its market introduction.

• Design and implement new features with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to enhance the overall user experience.

• Implement features using TypeScript across the complete stack, from React Native to Node.js.

• Gradually assume ownership of services and their operational management.

• Design APIs and database access layers.

• Utilize advanced AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.

• Operate within a self-directed, dynamic Scrum team adhering to agile methodologies.

• Deliver work in short cycles and review merge requests following the four-eyes principle.

• If interested, evolve into a Second-Level Support role.

• Contribute to a product solution within the healthcare sector that has long-term growth potential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Create production-ready applications using TypeScript for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.

• Possess knowledge of standard operational practices and a desire to advance in this area.

• Experience in cloud environments, preferably with Hetzner.

• Familiarity with common database systems.

• Proficient in writing tests.

• Fluent in German or English; capable of confident written communication in at least one of these languages.

• Experience with React Native in a production environment, including knowledge of app store releases (a plus).

• Understanding of authentication topics such as OIDC and SSO, ideally with Keycloak (a plus).

• Experience in containerization and operating applications within cloud environments (a plus).
