Junior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the UK, including roadmaps and initial go-to-market initiatives.

• Design, produce, and share social media content tailored to the UK audience.

• Manage the editorial calendar and establish a consistent posting schedule.

• Foster community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages, adhering to community guidelines, and enhancing organic reach.

• Execute and continuously refine social media and influencer marketing campaigns.

• Produce short video clips, user-generated content, visual elements, and copy customized for the UK market.

• Monitor key performance indicators, generate reports, and turn insights into actionable strategies.

• Conduct research to identify potential partners and networks, initiating selected collaborative efforts.

• Work closely with the core marketing team to successfully launch Mammutmarsch in the UK.

• Relevant professional experience in marketing, including social media, influencer relations, public relations, campaigns, and community engagement.

• A self-motivated and solutions-focused approach to work.

• A passion for establishing innovative structures.

• Creativity and the confidence to explore new avenues.

• In-depth understanding of the UK market, encompassing its culture, trends, media, and platforms.

• Strong language skills and instincts.

• Proficiency in English at a native or near-native level.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for activities in the UK.

• A genuine enthusiasm for the mission and events of Mammutmarsch.
