Junior Market Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Enhance Sobi’s visibility and reputation as a reliable partner in the rare disease community.

• Build relationships with physicians, authorities, patient access colleagues, DACH personnel, and headquarters staff.

• Suggest and execute market access strategies and tactics for Sobi products already launched in the DACH region.

• Identify opportunities and challenges regarding pricing and positioning for Haemophilia, Haematology, and Immunology products.

• Collaborate with finance, sales, and patient access teams on pricing and reimbursement proposals and their economic implications.

• Monitor the competitive landscape and formulate pricing and contracting strategies.

• Implement and negotiate pricing and contracting strategies with health funds and physician associations.

• Create and analyze reports specific to contracts and payers.

• Establish consultative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Identify and engage with national and regional pricing and reimbursement authorities.

• Stay informed on legislative and health fund changes that could impact Sobi’s operations.

• Develop and promote local real-world evidence and HEOR strategies along with publication plans.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Patient Access to create materials, fact sheets, cost calculators, and sales tools.

• Assist in AMNOG processes for products prior to launch, including reimbursement strategies, dossiers, and benefit assessments.

• Propose, coordinate, and lead AMNOG negotiations with GKV-SV.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline.

• Internship or academic experience in market access, health economics, pricing & reimbursement, or healthcare policy is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for internal and external meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
