Junior Licensing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate designs to ensure adherence to licensing and brand standards, identifying potential issues.

• Determine if a design or proof requires revisions and communicate this effectively to the sales team or client.

• Collaborate with the Art team to implement necessary design adjustments.

• Provide constructive feedback to Campus Managers or the Sales team regarding required changes in a proof.

• Upload proofs to licensing portals and monitor their progress until approval is granted.

• Assess licensor feedback and promptly address any concerns.

• Respond to licensing-related inquiries and keep Campus Managers informed.

• Identify order projections when necessary to assist the team in anticipating demand.

• Bring issues to the attention of your manager, team lead, or the appropriate team as required.

• Tackle licensing-related order challenges as they arise.

• Support administrative licensing tasks, including RFP (Request for Proposal) coordination and royalty reporting.

• No prior experience required: we seek a smart and quick learner.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong reading comprehension skills: capable of accurately understanding and applying detailed information.

• Highly organized, particularly when managing multiple submissions and proofs.

• Ability to make sound decisions independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.

• Availability during US business hours is non-negotiable.

• A reliable computer or laptop and stable internet connection are essential.

• A functional webcam and microphone are required for video conferencing.
