Junior IT Processing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Modify or add routines within electronic file processing and transmission tools to align with business requirements and maintain operational integrity.

• Monitor and execute routines using processing tools, ensuring the successful completion of the established batch schedule.

• Assist in developing the batch schedule based on details outlined in routine specifications.

• Implement electronic file transmission (EDI) processes, including the definition of tools and operating procedures.

• Carry out operational tasks for projects related to the implementation, integration, withdrawal, and liquidation of cooperatives.

• Enhance processing and electronic file transmission (EDI) processes through the use of automation tools.

• Engage in systems projects that focus on processing workflows or file transmission.

• Address moderately complex incidents while collaborating with Systems, Business, Support, and Providers.

• Document and track the resolution of issues as well as the implementation of improvements.

• Gather area performance indicators by querying processing and electronic file transmission (EDI) tools.

• Contribute to the corporate knowledge base by adding and reviewing technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology or a related field.

• Experience in IT Service Management.

• Familiarity with Service Desk operations.

• Understanding of Project Management and IT Governance.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of workload automation tools.

• Experience with electronic file transmission tools.

• Database knowledge.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure.

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban).

• Availability to work remotely from 2:00 p.m. to 10:50 p.m.
