Junior IT Processing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Modify or add routines within electronic file processing and transmission tools to fulfill business requirements and maintain operational integrity.

• Execute and oversee routines utilizing processing tools to ensure the completion of the established batch schedule.

• Assist in formulating the batch schedule based on details outlined in routine specifications, guaranteeing system availability, punctuality, and data integrity.

• Establish electronic file transmission (EDI) processes by defining the necessary tools and operating procedures, ensuring effective service delivery.

• Manage the operational components of projects related to the implementation, integration, disaffiliation, and liquidation of cooperatives to align with business needs.

• Enhance processing and electronic file transmission (EDI) procedures by employing automation tools to minimize manual intervention.

• Engage in systems projects that involve processing workflows or file transmission, aiding in the planning, definition, and execution of new routines in the production environment.

• Address moderately complex incidents by collaborating with Systems, Business, Support, and Providers teams to ensure the availability, timeliness, and integrity of processing routines and transmitted files.

• Document and track the resolution of issues and the implementation of enhancements to foster continuous operational improvement.

• Generate departmental metrics through queries in processing and electronic file transmission (EDI) tools, reporting the department’s performance indicators to the System.

• Contribute to the corporate knowledge base by adding and reviewing technical documentation to disseminate acquired knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Experience in IT Service Management.

• Familiarity with Service Desk operations.

• Understanding of Project Management and IT Governance principles.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of Workload Automation tools.

• Proficient in Electronic File Transmission tools.

• Database proficiency.

• Understanding of IT Infrastructure.

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban.

• Availability to work remotely from 2:00 p.m. to 10:50 p.m.
