Junior Integration Launch Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kyrgyzstan, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assisting with partner API integrations throughout the onboarding and launch phases.

• Advising partners and commercial stakeholders regarding API functionalities.

• Managing requests submitted via the ticketing system.

• Ensuring the quality of partner integrations through validation processes.

• Recording information pertaining to integrating partners.

• Facilitating Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners.

• Analyzing API logs and resolving errors.

• Escalating requests to other teams when necessary.

• Keeping the knowledge base current and up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line support) OR experience with API integrations and the launch and support of API clients.

• Proficient experience working with APIs and Postman.

• Capability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively.

• Competence in reading logs in JSON and XML formats.

• Familiarity with CRUD principles.

• Proficient in using Google Docs.

• Ability to manage cross-functional tasks in collaboration with adjacent teams.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken).

• Residing in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, or Vietnam.

• Preferred: Experience with SQL, Grafana, and Kibana.

• Preferred: Experience in managing project-based tasks.
