Junior In-App Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate Unity Ads operations from the ground up

• Collaborate with Tier-1/2 countries across Europe

• Analyze and manage data from Unity Ads, Binom, and Tableau

• Conduct research on target regions utilizing SPY services

• Develop design briefs informed by research findings

• Optimize advertising campaigns and engage with publishers on Unity Ads

• Assess campaign effectiveness through cohort analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

• Capability to derive logical insights from data

• Interest in creative processes and a foundational understanding of the marketing funnel

• Aptitude for identifying effective trends using SPY services

• Strong curiosity and research capabilities

• Proactive mindset with the ability to independently find solutions

• Experience with teaser networks is a plus

• Familiarity with In-App experiences in Game Development, including knowledge of Moloco, AppLovin, Mintegral, or Unity is a plus

• Experience with Facebook advertising is a plus
