Junior HR Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee prospecting and headhunting initiatives, foster candidate relationships, and establish long-term talent pipelines.

• Identify candidates through various channels and evaluate resumes and applications.

• Manage role coordination, including monitoring progress, identifying obstacles, and assessing outcomes.

• Conduct interviews and facilitate multiple rounds of evaluations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers regarding role expectations, feedback, and recruitment timelines.

• Provide status updates to management and team members.

• Create search strategies to discover and engage top talent.

• Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and other responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Recent graduates in Human Resources or Psychology are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to thorough follow-up.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Prior experience in a start-up environment is a significant advantage.

• Strong internship experience in HR or Recruitment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with working in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus.

• Experience in a remote work setting is preferred.
