This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and refresh graphics, layouts, and visual materials for marketing initiatives, social media, presentations, newsletters, flyers, brochures, web content, and internal communications.
• Adhere to Seneca brand standards, templates, typography, color schemes, imagery, and formatting guidelines.
• Prepare design files for digital publication, print production, presentations, and distribution purposes.
• Execute basic image editing tasks, including resizing, formatting, and file organization.
• Collaborate with members of the Marketing and Communications team as well as internal stakeholders.
• Integrate feedback and complete assigned design projects within set deadlines.
• Review design outputs for accuracy, quality, consistency in formatting, and alignment with project goals.
• Keep creative files, design assets, and project materials systematically organized.
• Conduct basic research on design trends, communication formats, image selections, and visual examples.
• Conduct business operations in accordance with Seneca's policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis on Graphic Design or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, and photography is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, and time management skills.
• Capability to integrate feedback while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio link showcasing previous work in graphic design and branding must be included with the application.
